Now, picture this: there was a crib in my room , a damp rug , no TV check-out option , and a bit of a wait for the elevators.

Staying on the top floor offered an unforgettable experience with jaw-dropping views, especially in winter. Access to the ice machine was super convenient, and the room with a jetted tub felt special. Room service was a great first-time experience, and though food was pricey, the generous portions made it worth it. Plus, the hotel's location and the superior falls view were just what we wanted for this trip.

The upgraded room we stayed in had a killer view of the falls, absolutely stunning, and the hot tub was pretty clean, although we gave it a quick scrub just to be sure. The spa here was top-notch, had a relaxing massage and enjoyed the sauna - perfect way to unwind after a day of sightseeing. The only downside was the check-in line, took forever, but didn't ruin our vibe, just a minor hiccup in an otherwise fantastic stay. 🌊
